From handling domestic and international surrogacy cases to developing the Fertility Preservation Trust, Ashley W. Pittman has been at the forefront of fertility law.

During the past ten years, Ashley W. Pittman has offered legal assistance in all aspects of fertility law. In addition to serving local clients in her practice with Ashley W. Pittman, PLLC, she also serves as Of Counsel attorney with the Reproductive Law Center, Inc. and the International Fertility Law Group, Inc., both located in La Mesa, California.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi, and earned a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M) from the University of Alabama Law School.

After graduating from law school, Ashley served as a law clerk for Justice Michael P. Mills, Supreme Court of Mississippi, then began private practice in 2000. She has been a frequent speaker at the University of Mississippi School of Law as well as Mississippi College School of Law, and has traveled throughout the country to educate lawyers and judges about the legal issues surrounding fertility and surrogacy law.

Ashley is a member of the American Bar Association (Member, Family Law, Assisted Reproductive Technology sections); Mississippi State Bar (member, Taxation and Probate sections); the Capital Area Bar Association; professional member of Resolve, the National Infertility Association; the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (Member, legal professionals group). She and her husband are active members of St. James Episcopal Church in Jackson, and have two wonderful children, Abigail and George.
